Our hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm.

We do accept some insurance plans. However, since insurance plans vary widely, we suggest you contact your insurance company directly to verify that you have mental health coverage and that our providers are in your particular network. You can do this by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
**Please note, that your mental health insurance carrier may not be the same as your medical health insurance carrier. You can verify this when calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
The time allotted for a standard session, as covered by most insurance companies, is 45 minutes. Please note however, that this may vary depending on your particular insurance coverage and your individual needs. This can be discussed in further detail with your therapist.
If you are using your insurance, the number of sessions you are allowed will depend on the benefits in your particular insurance plan. Also please note, that although your insurance plan may indicate “unlimited visits” – it does not mean your insurance provider will authorize unlimited sessions.
The number of sessions an individual will need will depend on his/her particular issues and needs. You can discuss this further with your provider at your intake appointment.
